These are photos from my 30th birthday brunch. Thanks to my partner in crime and best friend, Sarah McCliment we had a wonderful brunch at Sardine.
Sardine is a casual bistro in the heart of Madison featuring waterfront and outdoor dining. The owners of the ever popular Marigold Kitchen opened this hot dinner and brunch spot in 2006 and it has been packed with diners ever since.
In addition to a full dinner menu, they have a stellar bar menu with snacks like oysters on the half shell to sandwiches.
My favorite menu is their brunch offerings. There is something so uncomplicated about brunch, I think it's because of the cocktails involved. Sardine has an excellent staff both in the FOH & BOH. Service has always been a priority for the owners.
Favorite Dishes: Ribeye steak with frites. Goat cheese cherry tomato and spinach omllette with frites.
